Think Twice About Eating Red Meat

Why is eating red meat no good for anyone?
A long-range study by Harvard School of Public Health that examined the eating habits and health of more than 110,000 adults (37,000 men and 83,000 women) for over 20 years concluded that:

“Any amount and any type of RED MEAT (beef, lamb, pork, duck, goose), appears to significantly increase the risk of premature death”
“Additional amount of RED MEAT will have even a higher risk of mortality”
